It's time to lose the anti-millennial rhetoric

I love how all of these "millennial workplace" articles make it seem as if we're not already running much of the show. Those of us in creative and tech industries are already here - we're overtaking the baby boomers in the labour pool. Yet there's this tone of "this is emerging, with threat of millennial egos destroying industry to come".

We're already running successful pieces of business, we're replacing the boomers, we're innovating within old-school bureaucratic models.

Every generation has dicks in the workplace, entitled time thieves, and loud mouths. It's time to lose this anti-millennial rhetoric and acknowledge the reality of business today.
